I had that experience in Baltimore with my house and didn't want to get one on this house in Texas. But noooooooooooooooo. The Preach had to have a home inspection.

Within a week of moving in, the brand new water heater that passed inspection went up.

Within two weeks we found out the roof that passed with flying colors leaks.
