Implants

So I fractured an implant in my hand. Which sucks! First, when I tell people I fractured an implant they immediately look at my chest. I'm sure they're thinking "Honey, those implants weren't great to begin with!" Second, when do I replace it? It's only a small fracture, but the strength of the implant has been compromised. Each time I have them replaced it's never as good as the first. So, I'm keeping my slightly used and damaged implant. Why not?...

Suck! Literally in fact. I'm so sick of getting chewed on. Between the chiggers, skeeters, ticks, fleas and no see ums I'm one bumpy chewed up mess. And I spray off on me every time I go outside.

Varmits... I've trapped and released 7 raccoons, 3 possums and one huge rat this spring/summer so far. They've gotten 36 of my chickens so far. And people wonder why I want to do more to them then just trap them.

Oh yeah, we go fishing every Monday and this...

Hi everyone. Well, my husband has been living in California while I've been here in AZ. I moved back here because the weather loves my arthritis soooo much better. There is an opening at Boeing in Mesa, AZ. I need as many prayers as possible to get him home. Thank you all in advance. You guys are the best. Home Inspections are a total waste of money. I had that experience in Baltimore with my house and didn't want to get one on this house in Texas. But noooooooooooooooo. The Preach had to have a home inspection.

Well, let me tell you..........

Within a week of moving in, the brand new water heater that passed inspection went up.

Within two weeks we found out the roof that passed with flying colors leaks.

OMFG it's HOT!!!!

We have had a 100 degree PLUS heat wave this week. It's crazy. It is so hot you can not step outside without it taking your breath away.

I am going to hate to see what's it will be like in the next month when summer really hits us full blast.

OMG! I almost have a migrane right now.

I have a huge project of consolidating Colorado spare parts inventory into ours because the CO plant is shutting down. I already have more work than I can handle. We ran out of alot of stuff last night because the CEO is coming and someone decides we should clean real good. No one gave me a heads up to have extra on hand. I'm ordering stuff like crazy and trying to catch up on paper work before the next trailer gets unloaded.

I am SO ready for winter to be over. Winter is already my least favorite season - I HATE being cold!!

I have spent the last two weeks doctoring both of the girls and trying to keep their colds from turning into something worse. But, this STUPID weather is working against me!!! How are we supposed to stay well when it's 76 degrees one day and back down into the 30's the next???

I can't go!!!!!

My team is going on an investigation Sunday and I have to stay home with my leg up in the air and an ice pack on my knee.

I fell back on Jan 17 and landed on my knee on a metal air intake cover. You know, the large metal square that's on the floor for the central heat and air.
This is so terrible. I have no words.

A drunk man who urinated on a dying, disabled woman while his friends filmed the humiliation on their phones has been jailed for three years.

I always make fun of people when I drive with them the first time. You find out what their true personality is when they are behind the wheel. Anyway I am no different. I do try to be courteous. After living in Hawaii I have slowed down and learned to relax and let people have the space they want when they drive.

Way too scary and too close for comfort. He lived three blocks from me and one block from the elementary school. The incident happened one block from the school where I work.

This guy was on the street? Not in jail? Living near schools? And kids? I thought...
