I've been trying to discover the source of EVP voices. The various experiments with recorded EVPs seem to indicate that the voices are in the system noise of the recorders. The nature of noise is supposed to be randomly created in electronic circuits from the flow of current in the circuitry.

I noticed that other forms of spirit communication, such as card reading, require random actions to create the messages read by the reader. "I Ching" diagrams are formed from random coin tosses.

The introduction of the random tuned radios called Franks Boxes produce strings of coherent words expressing a message. I built an FM band version that I call Joes Box. The FM reception is clearer than AM and is easier to understand the messages.

These results leads me to believe that the intelligence behind the voices and message sequences is inherent in the random functions applied in the forming of messages.
