I would hate to think they would pull the building with people still inside.

It's possible, things were crazy that day. I remember it quite well myself. It's one of those days you will always remember what you were doing when you heard.

But back to the subject on hand...I do think it would be possible for her to make such a mistake. Maybe she was not fimilar with the names of the buildings...I mean it had like three different names right? Heck I didn't even know that before this happened. I think with the time changes, the mix up on the names, and just the general confussing that day..that it is possible this was an honest mistake. Then when they realized the mistake, they faked losing signal to try and save face...which of course did not help at all.
